Hello Sarkar, make direct complaint to the Nepal Government
Hello Sarkar is one of the hostest hotline which is used by Nepali citizens. It was made with a aim to make easier for the general public to record the dissatisfaction of Nepalese citizens to the government. Nepalese citizens or general public are able to post any complaints and dissatisfaction with the Nepal government. This service is now available in Twitter and Facebook only. Nepalese general citizens can post their complain and give advises on the two social medias. They can use www.facebook.com/hellosarkar.np or https://twitter.com/hello_sarkar?lang=en for making advises or complains. The Government of Nepal has also advised the public to mention the related governmental authority while filing the complaints. People should clearly mention the information about the related work, service, office and the individual to whom they are complaining.
It is expected that this service will work good to maintain a clear relationship between Government of Nepal and its citizens. The Hello Sarkar has also provided the toll-free number and SMS service to the public previously. The toll-free number is 1111.
Nepal Government and management has also requested the Nepalese citizens not to misuse the services provided by government. There are various people doing funny or meaningless complains to Hello Sarkar. We should be aware that Hello Sarkar is the for the good of we citizens and we should co-operate with Hello Sarkar for this issue. We must appreciate the good steps of the government to make us feel that we are connected with the government.
