Facebook adding 3000 more members to review posts regarding hate speech since it is being so much complicated these days. The posts and activities regarding hate speech, crimes and other socially offensive posts are increasing day by day.

There were some videos of suicides live streamed and posted on Facebook. The video also remained in the Facebook website for hours. So there is also much misuse of the popular and sensitive features of facebook. Even people reported the post to the facebook there was late response to the video from facebook team. There are various offensive and harmful videos running in facebook these days. Many videos are informative and entertainment oriented but some of them are offensive. So to remove and analyze these types of videos we need to have much support from facebook. So facebook is now adding more 3000 workers to view these types of offensive posts.

We can expect now there will more faster response to remove and minimize these types of activities. Currently there are 4500 workers working for these issues and will now the number will get increased to 7500. Facebook has not cleared whether these employers are temporary of permanent employees.

Facebook has currently 2 billion users world wide. Facebook receives millions of reports on facebook. Facebook says that they need to work and respond quicker to make our community and society safer.

Facebook are also working on increasing the building algorithms and mechanisms for the people to report the issues in the facebook which are hampering negatively in the society. Facebook in March just launched the new suicide prevention tools which will help the people who are having suicidal thoughts. Facebook is also working on how to control the vulgar activities that are going on facebook.

Facebook is getting popular day by day. It is now used as the most powerful social media tool.
